Can I sell my PNC common stock through Computershare?

When is PNC’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders? How do I gain admission?

The date for PNC’s annual meeting of shareholders is set by our Board of Directors and is generally the fourth Tuesday in April of each year. See our Annual Meeting of Shareholders page, which is generally updated for the next annual meeting a few weeks in advance.

Information on attending the annual meeting, including webcast and conference call options, may be found in the beginning of the Proxy Statement for the annual meeting. Neither the webcast nor the conference call provides the ability to ask questions or to vote your shares.
